1. Overview

At Infrava, we deliver premium, highly customized digital infrastructure solutions. Due to the intensive nature of enterprise technology consulting and the immediate allocation of expert resources, our refund policies are strictly structured around project milestones.

2. Consulting & Implementation Services

For custom implementation projects (such as our Infrastructure Starter, Growth Infrastructure, or Enterprise Infrastructure plans):

  • Discovery Phase: Deposits made prior to the completion of the initial infrastructure audit and architecture blueprint are generally non-refundable once the audit has commenced.
  • Implementation Phase: Once technical deployment or modernization has begun according to the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW), no refunds will be issued for that specific milestone.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel a project at any time, but you will be billed for all consulting hours and resource allocations utilized up to the cancellation date.

3. Subscription & Retainer Plans

If you are on an Enterprise Technology Support monthly retainer:

  • You may cancel your retainer with a 30-day written notice.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
